Dear doctors, I have pain and pressure around in my sternum area from past 5 mnths while pressing, rotating neck, sometimes while coughing and doing some particular movements. It is a fluctuating pain. Pls suggest how to deal with it. I also have symptomatic mild MVP, Trivial MR. Thank you🙏

I got an elbow shock by hitting my elbow accidentally. Since then it has been 2-3 hours and the pain in the elbow nerve is persistent. i am unable to touch my eobow on any surface due to the pain in the nerve. Sir my age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of age and one booster at 18 months of age then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age then again in September 2021 taken one tetanus toxoid injection and before 7 days taken one more tetanus toxoid injection for injury but today got injured in muddy soil do I need tetanus immuglobin as read that tt injection don't provide instant immunity and I have taken it before 7 days only do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection as injured in muddy soil or not required please tell please tell
