Bone & Muscle problems

I have a mild back pain since last 3 months and for first 1.5 months i have done some exercises as prescribed by doctor but not feeling relief went for mri that reveals a grade -1 spondylolisthesis at s-1 and retrolisthesis at l-5 moreover a mild diffuse disc bulge with posterior and left paracentral disc protrusion and annular tear at l-5s-1 level causing mild compression over left transversing s-1 nerve root and indenting ventral thecal sac and right transversing and billateral right exiting nerve roots. My this MRI results are 1 month ago after that i have gone for physical therapy for 7 days but not getting relief. I am suffering from that mild pain all the day since last 3 months please suggest me any type of treatment and tell me in how much time it will heal am really too much stressed about this problem please help me.

I am having pain in lower back & shoulder near nack  issue. Having paid while sitting & standing. Also having pain in ancle of both legs. Please help & advise.

On 21st March 2022 I fell on my outstretched right hand. I am not able to lift my right arm since then. Got x-rays done. But nothing seen in xray. Therefore I went for MRI scan on 5th April 2022. MRI report says "Nondisplaced greater tuberosity avlusion fracture at the supraspinatus and anterior supraspinatus enthesis yeilding two ossesious fragments measuring 1.6 x 1.1 x 1.2 cm with moderate adjacent marrow oedema." I am using shoulder immobilizer since then. It's been 3 weeks since then and still not able to lift my arm up and its painful if I try to uplift. How many weeks  should I keep shoulder immobilizer? Do I need a surgery for this fracture? I can share the MRI report. Thanks.

I have knee locking and pain in one side of my right knee.Doctor suspected meniscus tear.can u pls suggest theMRI scan name to identify the meniscus tear!!??

There was an accident today wherein got a hand injury and having pain while folding the last two fingers. There is swelling also and it is paining while folding the hands or doing any movement.

My father aged 52 years is having hand joint problems. He is unable to make a proper grip/fist and feels pain only when trying to make the fist, after his hormone blocking treatment was started for Ca Prostate. We did a NCV BUL, and were diagnosed with CTS. But he is not having any common CTS symptoms of numbness, pain at night and tingling in any of the limbs. So the doctor is not sure about the diagnosis and recommended some other lab as this is a very sensitive and errors prone test. Can these be symptoms of CTS or is it only sacropenia due to low Testosterone? Which doctor should we go for a proper diagnosis?

Hi Doc, My mother is having constant pain/swelling just below the knee(Left Leg) since last 1 week and now it's getting  severe. X Ray is normal. No relief from medication - Chymotas forte tab, Gabapin NT Tab, Zerodol MR Tab, Neurobion Forte Tab and Telma H Tab.

For past few months i am getting pain in my left shoulder while lifting or putting pressure on it. I didn't get injured but still i have pain in shoulder region. What could be the reason?
