Heel paining and watery fluid leakage

Hi Sir,Madam I have been suffering from two legs heel pain for over a month now,recently one week before I have observed blood and water y fluid leakage from the leg toe.Why It has happened in thay way please answer to my question sir/madam Here I am attaching pics of my leg

Hello. This may be due to infection in nail bed or injury. Pain in heel may be due to inflammation in the muscles of heel. Please let urself examine at hospital to arrive at a diagnosis
