Bone & Muscle problems

I was diagnosed with diffuse disc bulge in L4-L4 pressing nerve roots. I never experienced any pain just tingling in legs . I took physiotherapy and exercise and now things are better. I can walk easily I can even jog and do all activities except sleeping on my stomach and sitting on chair in relaxed position. Whenever I do these I experience tingling again which goes away as soon as position changes. I do knee to chest, leg raise back extension, cow cat position everything. I go for walk even slow jog not an iota of pain its just Tingling at some position which is making me worry Please advice what to do ?

Hi, My wife had a small accident at home where she crashed her 3rd toe against the bed. There was pain on the her 3rd toe. We had applied Relispray 2 days...there is swelling on the 3rd toe but she's able to walk properly and not causing much discomfort. Only if she touches the toe there is slight pain. Today is 4th day after the incident. But had a small concern where in we can see a discoloration below the 3rd toe..it's blue in color as shown in the picture. Not sure if we need to show to the doc or would it heal on its own as a part of the recovery process.

This is my left shoulder xray. I showed it to 2 doctors both said it's normal.. I sent it to my friend who's doing pg in radiology n he told me there is clavicular fracture n told me to get mri He said he confirmed from his professor also Now I don't know what to do??

My mother is having pain in the heel area from past 3 months. Tried ice pack massage couple of times daily and also some exercise and medication but its not helping. We did xray as well today and attaching the photo of that. Kindly suggest what might be the problem and what should we do?

My body is very thin , my hands are very broad at forearm area but   other parts of hand are very thin , even though my weight is 50 kg but i look very thin as compared to other boys of same weight group ,i have bow legs  and my breast bone is very scooped out and middle of chest is little bit dented at middle , i don't know why is it ,

My mother is suffering from severe knee pain and it's been 3-4 months. She consulted from a doctor but end up in vain. Her reports show that she has arthritis. She wants to cure this disease as early as possible. Please see attached X-ray report.
