Hi doctor, Attached you my mri report for more reference I'm doing exercises and taking rest with minimal activity from last 20 days but pain and swelling is increasing.. Is it normal or how many weeks it will take to heal..please advise if I need to take complete bed rest

My third metatarsal was fractured some days ago. After 40 days of using plaster, i removed the plaster 10 days ago. But my feet is still swollen. I cant walk properly without any support. Is it normal?? What should i do now?

From 2 months I am having stiffness in neck and trapezius muscle. As soon as I sit or stand stiffness starts increasing and it start paining in neck and upper back. MRI shows straightening of cervical spine. Doctor says it's due to muscle spasm in trapezius. No medication has worked till now.

I feel dizzy when i turn my head to sleep on my left side. It is not vertigo but clear dizziness. If i get up from bed I feel like I'm being pulled back to the bed by my head/neck. From sitting to standing i feel no dizziness. I have a stiff neck that started with this problem. My neck movement is very restricted and if i turn my neck feel very minor slight dizziness.
