Bone & Muscle problems

History of trimalleolar fracture 9 yrs back. Now after a small trauma i.e. stumble from 2 wheeler , a sharp  Pointing and pricking pain in the malleolus bone. Firstly it was like sprain, movement was restricted and limping. Now after one week, limping and movement improved. Only pain is there. My ankle is swollen since last fracture. But bone was healed. Please suggest.

Please tell if there is a problem... Should I go for surgery or normal medication will be given.. Please
