I have a fracture on my base of 5th metatarsal, can I walk with a cast, I don't feel much pain there, it has already been 4 weeks and my doctor just noticed the fracture today and put a plaster of Paris cast, and is a walker or a walking stick necessary or can I walk normally as I don't feel much pain

My mother having knee pain and already on medication mylemax, gabapin and avocart, please check the attached xray and advise if need to chnge the medication.

My grandfather is fallen on the road and his back bone (above kulhe) fracture and his operation has been done and plate is fix in that place but the main problem is that after surgery his appetite is completely lost and has mental illness after surgery ( like saying anything about anyone) so I want to ask it is due to anaesthesia effect or anything else?
