Sometimes it may happen due to muscle twitching due to spasm of muscles around elbow joint. This may happen post travel from a cold place or sometimes due to venous obstruction post covid infection.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to get one ultrasound venous doppler study of left upper limb to rule out the possibility of any thrombosis in major veins of upper limb.
