Knee joint arthritis
Hello doctor, I've been diagnosed with early osteoarthritis. I have been suggested to do the physio but my knee pain has aggravated after doing the physio for two days. Can you please help me understand if this pain will subside or do I have to live with the pain. Thanks in advance

Arthritis at this age is rare.and if its affecting joint, it needs to be seen why. Can you tell if any other joint in body aches or if you have symptoms like morning stiffness in hands? Also , your knees need to be examined gor any varus deformity which can be cause of pain.can you share xrays?
