Severe pain in lower back. All of a sudden unable to bend forward, get up or sit due to severe pain.

Have bed rest.it is likely acute prolapsed intervertebral disc.give rest,hit fomentation.local application brugel. Tablet zerodol-mr twice daily

You can use any pain killer with muscle relaxant like T.Zacy MR Twice a day after food for 3 days. Get physiotherapy like ultrasonic therapy or IFT. As pain decreases you can start back strengthening exercises.
