Bone & Muscle problems

I am having O/ A and do not wish to go for TKR . For how long can I take Zerodol SP 1 tablet a day since it gives me relief from pain ?? Please advise Rgds

I have right chest pain(at one point along the sternum) for last 10 months.I got 1 MRI thorax, 1  MRI sternum, 1 CT, 2 XRay but didn't find anything except mild sternoclavicular joint subluxation.I still have the chest pain.I checked my chest by touching and could feel that that one of the rib joint attaching to sternum comes up when I move my right arm.Seems to be coming up a little and also that is what hurts me like a burning sensation. no cough, no breathlessness. The pain persists all 24 hrs except when I lie down.

Lower back hurt while moving and sometime while sitting feel like stiffness there is lose of mobility and power also left leg also radiate pain

45 days after partial tear of MCL and MPFL, knee MRI was conducted which has an impression "Focal articular cartilage thinning with increased signal intensity along medial facet of patella, however subchondral bone is normal, suggestive of grade 3 chondromalacia." Is it normal with the injury already sustained? And what does it mean?

I've had this since a long time, it only appears when I flex my calf, no pain or any other symptoms, the lump feels like muscles, pressing on it feels like pressing on muscles Ps: my right leg is slightly more muscular than the left leg, I tend to swing my right leg before I sleep ever since I was young.

Hi Doctor! I dislocated my kneecap 6 months before(It was my first time dislocating it) which was reduced and I was in cast for 1 month. Now my knee is completely fine and I am able to Walk and Run easily and it doesn't pain also. But the problem is the swelling on knee has not gone away even 1 percent in these months. Is it something serious or wil it go sway in some time ? It has been there for 6 months. Thanks in advance!

After falling down,She have been this pain for almost 2 years now. We have gone to the hospital for check ups and have taken quit many medicines but the pain is still there. A doctor has suggested injection therapy but she is not comfortable with male doctor. So, need of female orthopedic for her treatment.

When i sit or bend on my knees posture i get burning sensation n pain in the corner of my knee. Feel like something fluid pulpy thing is moving. This happened after i skit wide ones when I was in this posture. What problem could this be n what should I do
