Pain in ankle and heel
Having pain in ankle and heel in both legs since 1 month.i am on medication of kidney stones.while walking or standing it became worse.my weight is 68 kg height is 5.5

Put feet in hot water - cold water alternately
Soft sole foot wear
Fascia stretching exercises and ankle physiotherapy
Mild heel raise shoes ( sports shoes)
