Severe lower back and leg pain
My mother fell ill 7 days before. she was feeling weak, feeling dizzy. she was getting chills but no fever and back and leg pain. We consulted our local physician he gave her antibiotics. But that didn't help so we consulted another physician he gave her antibiotics and painkillers. With painkillers also she is having back and leg pain. Day by day her lower back and leg pain is getting worse.. what could be wrong?

Consult a neuro physician. If there is weakness in legs then it should be done urgently.
However with this much information it is difficult to say anything.

Back pain can be due to various reasons -
-Current disease ( for eg it's commonly seen with dengue , COVID , malaria )
- can be due to prolapsed intervertebral disc , spondylodiscitis
