Right Shoulder: Hill Sach deformity
Hi, before few weeks while playing cricket I had to throw the ball from a longer distance after which my right Shoulder started to hurt for 3 days, after that the pain started to subside. I usually go to gym and after doing biceps workout the pain has increased. Doctor suggested for mri. So, a mri scan was taken and the report says:
a) hill sachs deformity
b) mild joint effusion
c) mild elevation of lateral end of clavicle
d) mild acromio clavicle joint effusion with synovial thickening seen
e) possibility of acromio clavicular injury(possibly type 2 injury according to Rockwood classification).
Is there a way to treat the issue without going for a surgery? As my works involves me to be actively present at the site.
Thank you

Knee pain on right leg
I have a knee pain for past 3 months, consulted doctor and prescribed the following treatment.
Wear a knee cap
Trueceprol OD tablet.
Initially support was good and in between the pain has subsided. But now again pain started and consulted the doctor.
He has suggested to do MRI and the same has been done.
Now based on the report doctor suggested for Arthroscopy surgery for meniscal tear.
MRI report is attached herewith.
Is surgery is the only solution or do we can cure over medication and physiotherapy.
Kindly suggest and advice.
