Bone & Muscle problems

Hii , my friend has elbow surgery his range of motion of only 100 he's is not able to straight his hand or not able to band his hand it's almost 5 months almost done please suggest what to do

Since two weeks a mild pain is been their. while running and while streching the groin before the warm up.

I had oesteomylitis tarsel of bones surgery 4 years back i was okay untill 1 month ago i am experiencing heel burning pain cant stand for 10 mins when stretching the foot i feel some relief i consulted doctor he said it was fine he gave me meadial arch support shoes but the pain isn't gone so i did a xray i will attach the xray plz check if they are ok or not

When water drops falls in my right feet or m going to wash my feet with water feeling some sensation in right leg.why does it happen? Recently I have done blood test Aso titre - 690 Ra was 22 now it's negetive after having medicine CRP - 10.55 Esr-26

Disc bulge in L1-L2 and L4-L5 causing indentation on thecal sac and nerves. Antero Posterior dimensions are L1-L2: 7mm L4-L5: 10mm . This is latest report. Have carried physiotherapy exercises and medications for around 10 years. Have also taken steroidal injection recently 2 weeks back. Slight benefits with that. But what's the permanent solution for this??

Please guide as per my fathers MRI reports and suggest some treatment for the same. Severe back pain can't walk stand with support only. Old case of hemiplegia right side 2013. Thank You

Hi Doctor My mother is 68 years. She has ankle pain in one leg. No pain while  resting. After some regular house work, difficult to step. After some oil massage she can walk. Another question : She doesn't know to call from practo. Can she communicate through whatsapp video ? She knows only Kannada. I am in different city, I am not there to help physically. Thanks in advance.

When I yawning during that time have little pain in shoulder joint..Even when I try to sleep at left side, get pain in shoulder joint.. If I am in normal position, it won't hurt... Does it seem to be like frozen shoulder??

My central upper foot paining for 20 days... burning pain No swelling,no bunion 3 years back... traumatic injury at same site...fell from last two steps of upstairs...foot bent down and some sprain like complaint...used bandage and pain killer ...pain releived in 1 week After that no complaint at all But now...that site aching I have to climb stairs often...is it because of that??? having two'children... sitting and standing often and more walking inside the house itself...no rest

Since 6 months knee pain and swelling above knees in both legs .tried to do walking but legs pains alot after walk. Suggest home remedy and diet to avoid .
