Wrist implant removal 13 screw
I met with a road accident in Feb 2017, Wrist was fractured and underwent operation as mentioned in the attachment. I have following queries- • It pains when flexing the Index finger. (Since the accident) • Wrist movement is restricted in contraction movement. (Since the accident). Shall I get the implant removed? I do gym (weight lifting), will removal of implant hamper or deteriorate the wrist joint? Will the problem of index finger & wrist movement get any better by removing the implant? How long will the healing take ?

Implant has to be removed in an urgent basis to avoid further damage to the wrist joint, but the prognosis about wrist movement is still gaurded
