Dear doctor greetings I am 45yrs old female past few months I have been having pain in and around knee(attached X-ray) he said the layer between the knees is degenerative and he gave me knee gel injection 12 days back but still the pain has not reduced does it take some time for the injection to work or is there any other treatment for the same awaiting your response. Its been over 120 days of my surgery and I am trying to put full weight with support now(elbow crutch). But while i practice walk I get little bit of pain on my knee which I feel its due to the implant and also little pain in my broken area. is this normal? I m not getting confidence to leave the support yet. I need some advice on how much should I safely practice to walk and what excercise are safe to increase my strength to start walking without support as soon as possible. I have attached my xray taken last 25 march. Your advice will be very helpful

Hello Doctor, I have been having this complete body pains past 7-10 days and since 2 days having mild, sharp pain under armpit. Earlier I had D3 deficiency and I have a BP of 145/90.

I got redness and burning in lower back after hot pack at physiotherapy centre.Next day they continue to do physiotherapy with modalities.pain and numbness increased in legs and back.shall I continue physiotherapy?

My legs ( foot are paining,little bit knee) are paining mostly when I am standing, not during running but standing

I underwent an ACL reconstruction surgery 11days back. I have been doing the advised exercises from doctor. I am unable to bend my knee even a little bit also. Is it normal? When will I be able to bend my knee? And how much time does it take to gain my hamstring back, which has been used as graft in the surgery?
