Right shoulder blades pain
I have shoulder blades pain in right side from last 2-3year. I ll specially while sitting and in bed.some times it's not pain some times it's, nearly 20days in a month I feel pain. What should I do.

Hey , chronic pain around shoulder may be fibromyalgia or fibrofascitis. Clinical examination s suggested. Few blood tests too Therapy, some medication can be suggested to benefit u. Please come to hospital once. Thanks

It may be due to some muscle or ligament strain. It would be better to consult once to find the root cause and treat accordingly. 3 years is a long ti.e and now you shouldnt ignore it.
