Hot fomentation(Sikai after cast removal
Sir, my mother's leg got fractured on 27 April..and after 45 days of cast removal there is still swelling ..can she do hot fomentation for better recovery ??
Note: everything was normal in X-ray while cast removal ( X-ray showing 60% formation)

Yes she can do.. 2 to 3 times a day, also focus on physiotherapy and early mobilization.
