Fomentation
Please can someone advise when is hot fomentation done and when is cold fomentation done. What is the basis for it.

Immediately after injury, one should go for pressure bandage or cold compresses. 24- 48 hrs after injury, warm fomantation  and joint exercises should be started. For further discussion, kindly consult on video.
