Hello doctor, I'm having neck pain with shoulder and hand pain(both sides or anyone side). And sometimes I even get pain in chest area and towards the side of breast, which will be for few seconds. My blood pressure and heart rate is normal. What can be done? Is there anything i should bother about.

I have Psoriatic artharitis , there is very bad pain in my joint specially in my knee s and ankle and sweling , i can't even walk i can't take pain killer because I have ckd problem plz tell me what should I do, this pain is killing me day by day...

My left body is always sore, i feel like the joints on left side are small and muscles around it are small too, Feel left cheek muscle is less than right cheek as well. Right leg is definitely thicker than left. Also before few months, all of a sudden I felt my left leg decreased in length and hence it's unfortable while walking. I did ENMG, brain and spine mri, blood tests, no bp and sugar Please tell me what more tests I can go for, i am afraid I make it late, it will become permanant. I feel that my left abdominis muscle is smaller than right and left abdominis muscle pains very frequently and have constipation too. I can't sleep, could anyone please help me, i am not able to take it anymore.

My left knee is instable, I have done MRI which shows mild ACL edema, but while doing acl draw test and lack mans test there is some outward moment why is this, can anybody give me solution?

Dear Dr. Come across with bike accident last week, wrist got injured stuck between accelerator n mirror. Initially hand was swollen with mild pain. Took X-ray last night n found barton fracture. Could you please refer to attached X-ray with your fruitful expertise on - surgery (plate)  needed / any other recommendations. This is my first fracture an worried on surgery. If required, what would be rough estimate of such surgery. Appreciate your valuable time and guidance 😊

While getting down from steps twist happened and followed by swelling pain and instability and unable to bend my knees so long, now after 1 year I done MRI and recently 1 week before I have done MRI shows mild ACL edema, but ACL draw test is giving little pop up so is there any major problem, am getting instability while lifting weights and kneeling down , standing long .. suggest me some solutions
