From one week i got some sudden sharp pain in left leg how can i cure it and what is the reason for this pain

Hi I had severe pain in right chest for 5 months so I got MRI done .have subluxated ribs on right side along with some swelling.Also joint space narrowing of ribs. This is very painful. The pain is felt in chest and back too. I keep visiting orthopaedic surgeon for follow up but no relief.They prescribe NSAIDs and this time he prescribed ubidecarenone, ecod plus but still have severe pain. Can anyone help what can be done to treat this ?

When there is a digestion issue with me then what I have observed is that gases escape in my above lower right side back. It creates a lot of problems like free movement.
