Bone & Muscle problems

My friends dad is having pain in left ankle. A little bit of swelling is also there. Pain is not constant but it is there most of the time.  What may be the reason. Please reply.

Back surface of thigh is swellen and red and black marks are there in that.Please can you provide diagnosis measures for it and also like what should be the prescribed medicines.

My MRI report Diffuse bulging-left forminal protrusion of L4-L5 disc with mild facet joint anthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertropyi indenting thecal sac and compressing left L4 and L5 nerve root My dr only creates fear and is not listening to me Somebody if please can let me know can I live normal life with proper precautions . I am On medication and after 10 days he suggested we will Take physiotherapy

I am suffering from thigh pain only in one leg from last one week. It start gradually automatically and now reached at the level that i can't ignore it. I took home remedy like ,omnigel,combiflam& mustered oil in garlic,but more or less same ,it didn't work.

I twisted my ankle inward two months before. It still hurts inside of ankle. Swelling and pain increase after walking.

Past three days i have pain in ring finger. It is more when i hold or grip or bend. At rest better. No visible swelling attached image.

I've been wearing a cast for 8 weeks now and I've just done a repeat x-ray check (find films of the side view attached) My doctor says there is formation of callus and  I've to wear the cast for another 4 weeks. Is 12 weeks normal for cast wearing? How do I treat moderate disuse osteoporosis? Can I start weight bearing on the leg
