Bone & Muscle problems

I have left leg pelvic drop / downslip. So that having pain all over the leg. All the time. Kindly suggest me treatment

Taking Rcinex 600 mg, pza 750 x 2 and ethambultal 1000 mg. For 2 months. Now after CBC and lft the parameter are normal esr 15 and crp 1. The doctor in continue phase pescribed only Rcinex 600 and stop pza and ethambultal. But in govt, ethambultal is continue in second phase. I discuss this with my doctor. He say only rcinex 600 needed. I am confused? Which treatment to follow. She also have improvements in her pain and other conditions.

Yesterday went to dr as i have pain in chest area both sides i mean muscle area ... dr advise me to do vitamin d test And ct scan of chest . actually my problem is from 5 months i did pushups and normal excercise cardio bending excercise for 40 mins. Afterwards i got pain .. stopped excercise recently few days back iam getting pain again after dng excercise for30 mins like yoga or cardio. If i apply ointement pain is gng .but still pain is there iam unable to lift heavy items can't walk steps more than 3 times... Attaching report dr is also not understanding wt is the problem recently digonsed with neck pain cervical spondylitis..

MRI report for a fresh injury carried out within 24 hrs of the injury says high grade partial tear of medial patellofemoral ligament with wavy architecture of the torn fibres near femoral attachment. Patella does not have laxity. Does MPFL partial tear heal naturally with bracing?

Hello Doctors, Greetings. I am having facial swelling on the left side which is little and pain too. It hurts near the masseter on the cheeks. Also neck ache and left side upper arm pain. I have not taken medicines till now. It's been like almost five days I have the issue. I pressed on my left cheeks to check and the pain has increased. Kindly advise what steps should be taken. My husband was diagnosed with infected non union tibia after open wound fracture and he has been treated with ilizarov ring and antibiotic coated bone cement. Can limb lengthening be achieved if bone cement is there?
