It's been 8 weeks + after the lateral Malleolus fracture. My cast has been removed, and I am doing physiotherapy and partial weight bearing. I have pain in the injured place if I walk a lot. sometimes, stabbing pain and itchiness. If I reduce my walking time, the pain is less. I would like to know if this is normal during physiotherapy and weight bearing. Should I take any OTC medicine or bear the pain and walk or avoid walking. And I also would like to know when I can start full weight bearing. Or when I can resume normal walking. I am attaching my first and latest xray images. I am travelling out of country on March 23. Kindly help.

There is a wedge compression of T7 vertebral body (36-40%) causing posterior bulging of the cortex with mild cortical destruction.

Can walk 15.mins on road..able to move at home...standing long time or getting up from sleeping position is painful .mri report says ..IMPRESSION:  Diffuse disc herniation with extension to both neural foraminae at L3-4 level causing mild impression on thecal sac and adjacent nerve roots. Mild ligamentum flavum / facetal hypertrophy.  Moderate impression on thecal sac and adjacent nerve roots at L4-5 level due to 1) Grade II non-spondylolytic anterolisthesis of L4 over L5. 2) Diffuse pseudo disc bulge with broad based right paracentral / foraminal herniation and partial extension to left neural foramen 3) Ligamentum flavum / facetal hypertrophy... Tried pregamba for 2 months pain reduced after stopping its the same now...how do I handle the pain..pain is not increasing but same from day 1.is surgery needed...I do small.pelvic exercises.. pls help.pain..burning sensation at back.

My mother is having pain in her leg ..we have done with the vitamin d, esr , rf factor test.. Vitamin d is 8.8 and esr is 35, rf factor is negative.. Is anything need to worry?

MRI showed 35×16 mm popliteal cyst in knee. Is it minor or serious? And can it be treated by keeping ice on knee. Does it really require surgery?

My all blood test Ra factor ANTI CCP ANA ENA URIC ACID. VIT D X RAY Hlab27 SCANNOGRAM MRI OF SI JOINTS PELVIC AND HIP TRIPLE PHASE WHOLE BODY BONE SCAN. IS QUITE NORMAL ESR 11 CRP 1.5 STILL Can chance of developing arthritis

I have had constant struggle with my back pain, probably due to my desk job or lifestyle. But for some reason my back pain has gone to a whole another level for past few weeks, Now my waist line and lower back hurts almost through out the day, and sometimes when I wake up my wasteline hurts really terribly bad to the point where I have to immediately sit down or do some exercises to stop it from hurting and for some relaxation. I just want to know the exact causes of all this happening and how can I make it stop completely.

I had severe pain on right side of my sternum so got MRI done in October 2021 which said..Subluxated rib under my breast..It's been 6 months..I still have pain at the joint and can feel the floating ribs..no breathing issues so far. Can you please advice how long it takes to heal and also can it cause any issues in the breast ?

My mother has knee joint pain for past 3 years. We have visited many hospitals and doctors in my native. But nothing has given relief for my mother. Now I'm looking for doctors or hospitals in Bangalore.

So we were sitting and suddenly my father in law noticed my daughter who is two years old. right hand posture. It seemed abnormal to me too. We ll visit dr soon but just because i am worried wanted to know Help will be appreciated
