  4. X ray right hand AP. Of 5th metacarpal?

I am enclosing the x report of hand.. Kindly advice what this means.. It is showing Radiolucency noted along proximal shaft of 1st metacarpal with lateral extension and impaction of distal fracture fragment cranially. Cortical irregularity noted along shaft of 5th metacarpal ? old healed fracture. Kindly advice on this
