Kindly help to understand, if medium firm pocket spring Mattress . Medium firm memory foam mattress medium firm only spring( spring not packeted )  Mattress . out of the three  which is overall good for lying down and sleeping. I do not have any back problem

Firm mattress with some % of memory foam for your desired softness would be best suitable for you.
