In case of cervical pain, spondylitis and spine issues, what type of double bed mattresses and pillow should be used. Pl advise.

Pillow thickness should be such that your head neck and shoulders come in same plane and axis. Its based on your sitting posture also. Mattress need to be firm not hard not soft.
