Cervical spondylitis
I have been recognized to have cervical spondylitis. Now I see there are swollen lumps on my neck. I feel pain around the left side of the neck and it is expanding.

Please meet a physiotherapist And get ur treatment started Swd and tens will help u reduce the pain Also cervical traction can b done Apart from that neck stregtheing excs wud b great
