  4. Mattress for back pain. A hard mattress?

Mattress for back pain
Hi,  I'm having back pain for about 1 week now. I think it's because of the cotton mattress that I use. It's become completely flat. My question is what type should I get that can help with my back pain? Should I get a soft mattress or a hard mattress?

Hi better use the cotton and coir bed with 6-8" ,and lie in infant position like side lying.
