  4. Wrist Pain. Please help me with this.

Wrist Pain
While playing football, i had football hit on my right hand wrist, due to which, there is severe pain whenever I try to put pressure on it. I had x-ray done for the same, but all looked good,but the pain is still there. Could you please help me with this. Thanks in advance!!

This might have occurred due to soft tissue injury in the wrist joint due to hit by football.
Next Steps
You should start ice fomentation,  take analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet, apply crepe bandage over the wrist for support, avoid playing or lifting heavy object with Rt hand.
