Asked for Male, 40 Years

I had an accident one week before and in x ray multiple fracture including rib fracture is noticed. I have severe pain in rib area which can be tolerated while sleeping. What to do? Kindly advice for rib fracture pain remedy pls. I m enclosing report.

Rib fractures take 3-4 weeks to heal. However pain will go away in 2 weeks. You can do the following for pain control: Rib splinting Analgesics Avoid coughing , deep breathing , squatting , straining.
