I am suffering from gout attack ..severe pain consulted orthopaedican he suggested me to be in diet any one pls give me good suggestion on food diet he injected by removing fluid from my knee

Knee joint is uncommonly involved in gout initially. You need to get done blood test and tests from the fluid removed from your knee for accurate diagnosis.
Other possibility can be pseudogout , synovitis etc.

In gouty diet, usually there are restrictions for protein rich food.... especially non veg food...try and avoid that...stop the alcohol if you consume it...Rest green leafy vegetables and normal carbohydrate rich diets ...you can take...
