Neck pain and spasm
Hi I have been experiencing moderate neck pain on the left side with some crunchy sensation, while turning head for more than two weeks now. Visited an ortho, who prescribed Myosone plus and Etrobax 60 for two weeks.
Taking meds since Saturday.
Not much improvement yet. Sometimes, the pain is moving towards the neck and arm.
What is causing this problems and what's the remedy.
Please suggest.

Myosone might not be the best option.
