Knee pain and difficulty walking stairs
I have been having pain in walking stairs. This is the MRI report. The doctor said I should go for arthroscopy. Is it the only option? Medicines won't work? Please help

Hi. Please consider Correction of bmi if high. Focus on static quadriceps exercises. Take calcium rich diets or supplements. Expose urself to adequate sunlight. Use pain medication if required. Thanks
