Knee pain due to knee being thin
I've knee pain which was diagnosed as knee thickness is not as good as it should be. I've been prescribed knee physio abd been doing it for 4 months now with minimal strain on the knee. Thr pain has increased now since i started to do the chores and take stairs once in a while. In general how long can it take to recover or gain the knee strength for me to be able to do chores without anyone's help. I've been taking good diet, sun exposure and vitamin tablets.
