Pain & swelling in right leg, knee pain
From last 1 year my wife is experiencing pain and swelling in her right leg. Along with severe knee pain. Recently we did her full body checkup where the creatinine levels are low (0.52 mg/dl). Vitamin D Total-25 Hydroxy (14.64 ng/ml) is also low, serum iron (39.0 ug/dl) which is low too. Kindly suggest what type of treatment is needed in this case. Please find the attached report for your reference.

Hi. Pain may be explained by low vitamin d but swelling needs to be looked in to. Creatinine s fine. Vitamin d supplements may be added to her in therapeutic doses n few exercises can be given.
