Meniscus tear
I have no more pain in the knee does it mean meniscus tear is healed? When can I know the knee is fully healed?

If no pain or disturbance in gait or No restrictions in movement... Forget it, no need to investigate or intervene further

Meniscal tear usually does not heal due to very little blood supply. We do removal of torn part of the meniscus if it's causing pain or locking of knee. We only repair if the tear is too peripheral.
Next Steps
if you do not have any symptoms as such, you can leave it.
