Knee joints and hip pain
I am feeling severe knee joints pain from 1 year and hip pain from last 4 month , I have consulted 4 RHUMETOLOGIST till now ,but my disease not diagnosed till now , in one year I have no swelling and never esr crp raised hlab27  negative bone scan normal , in Feb MRI of pelvic and SI joints was 100% normal ,I want to know should I repeat mri again now , mri can miss any  disease  in early stages,

No need of repeat MRI. You can Anti CCP antibodies test. Rheumatologists should have already done it. If that is also negative. It can be seronegative arthritis. But cannot be sure as esr amd crp raise for quite a lot of reasons. They are not specific to anything.

if pain doesn't come down consult your doctor in person, they will guide you through further management after clinical assessment.
