Back pain for my mother

My mother had back pain problem for several years. On July 29, 2020 mother had laminectomy & discectomy surgery. But after few months the pain got started again, she's struggling to do normal activities, she can't stand, she can't sit facing pain from back to till leg.. I looked ortho doctor, they are telling to revision surgery (Spinal Fusion) but our first surgery(laminectomy & discectomy surgery) itself we faced lot of post surgery complication like DVT. We are fearing to do other surgery... How to cure this back pain without surgery? Please advice doctors...
