Heavy swelling while sitting on chair
Attached is my x-ray. I was diagnosed with fracture 2 weeks ago and doc put a splint. I have slight pain near ankle when I keep my leg in air while sitting on chair and very Heavy swelling when leg not elevated. 1) When Can I start walking? 2) Why is my swelling so much in lower leg while sitting with legs down? 3) Doc has advised for 4 wk splint nwb, is that ok or should I go for plaster? 4) it is diagnosed as Jones fracture. How much time will it take to heal? 5) will physiotherapy needed after healing?
