Knee pain when stand after sitting chair
We have knee pain since last 5 years .Some sometimes there is no pain .But for specific period ,more pain in left knee.Right leg knee has mild pain.After sitting idle long time ,can not stand immediately ,heavy pain.Making some movement and lifting for walk.
We have taken allopathic treatment,there is no improvement.Please suggest treatment ,execis
