Pain in buttock and lower back
From last 6 month I am feeling severe hip and buttock pain and lower back pain , and burning sensation on knees , I have done mri of SI JOINTS AND PELVIC in feb that was quite normal ,but pain is now very unbearable feeling 🔥 burning sensation, what could be the reason behind it

This may be due to acute strain in lumbar region sometimes associated with compression of nerve root supplying the lower limbs.
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  start analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally,  start Physiotherapy for now.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid stair climbing and descending..
