Hi I slipped and fell in to the 10 feet ditch and got my shoulder dislocated 1 month ago. I was taken to the ER immediately and tried closed reduction but did not come back so they gave me anaesthesia and did closed reduction. After 4 weeks on sling, they removed the sling and performed MRI. Attached the MRI and report. Please let me know what does the report say and what should I do now. I am currently doing physiotherapy

I have been suffering with pain below collar bone and shoulder like something getting pressure at that time my fingers (thump,index and middle) feel numbness Some times suddenly I feel free and no pain for last 1-2 years in Right side only What could be the reason?

From last 1 year my wife is experiencing pain and swelling in her right leg. Along with severe knee pain. Recently we did her full body checkup where the creatinine levels are low (0.52 mg/dl). Vitamin D Total-25 Hydroxy (14.64 ng/ml) is also low, serum iron (39.0 ug/dl) which is low too. Kindly suggest what type of treatment is needed in this case. I've knee pain which was diagnosed as knee thickness is not as good as it should be. I've been prescribed knee physio abd been doing it for 4 months now with minimal strain on the knee. Thr pain has increased now since i started to do the chores and take stairs once in a while. In general how long can it take to recover or gain the knee strength for me to be able to do chores without anyone's help. I've been taking good diet, sun exposure and vitamin tablets.
