Hi madam, this is Dr. Praveen podali, happy to help you here. Is the pain in btw scapula bones ? There are chances of inter scapular muscle spasm. X-ray of chest shows no abnormalities. U need to do 1. Physiotherapy (intrascapular muscle strengthening exercises) 2. Hot fomentation 3. Muscle relaxants (T. Hifenac- MR 1-0-1x 5days along with T. Pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 5days) 4. Visit nearby orthopaedician for more clarity on ur disease.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo
Health Tips
