MRI impression
1 Interstitial injury involving anterior cruciate ligament. However continuity appears intact.
2 Grade 2 signal involving posterior horn of medical meniscus not reaching up to articular margin.
3 Mild knee joint effusion
4 No collateral ligament tears
5 No osseous or cartilaginous abnormality
Do i need surgery or physiotherapy will work in this?
I don't have any knee pain but little pain behind knee area
