Hello there....well u need to share/upload the MRI report to know the exact status of the ACL injury....as grade 3 and some grade 2 injuries require surgery...while grade1 and some grade 2 can be managed conservatively through braces and extensive physiotherapy protocol....hence its important to know the extent of injury.
Next Steps
You need to undergo a strict regime of ACL physiotherapy protocol. Regards & take care. do get back for detail analysis. NOTE- (a rehab for a footballer is different to a runner and is different to a non athelete common person)
