ACL grade 1 sprain
Mri shows acl grade 1 sprain.doctor suggested rest,ice application and elevated knee.but pain does not seem to reduce. Its very painful. i dont want to go for surgery.please let me know what i should do to reduce pain and get cured.attached mri report.

Grade-1 sprain of ACL does not need surgery. Take rest and apply Ice packs twice daily for 3-4 weeks. You can wear a knee immobiliser for 4 weeks. Consult online for treatment plan.

Pl take rest medicines and  quadriceps exercise No need of surgery now If pain persists consider arthroscopy
