Grade 1 acl tear
I got injured two months ago. I had gone through a non-surgical treatment . After wards I was suffering from knee instability and pain. So i got an MRI scan . It indicated a grade one acl tear with superior synovial plicae thickening.  Also sending my reports . Should i need a surgery?

please consult Ortho surgeon and keep surgical reconstruction of acl as an option if conservative management has been tried
