Knee pain from one month
My brother 29years old and 5'4 height and 70kg weight. Working as a software. My brother suffering from knee(left and right knee) pain since one month and sound is coming from knee while walking, how to prevent that? Plz suggest me

It's difficult to diagnose such a case based on merely the presenting symptoms based on the patients age. Kindly get an Xray done if indicated.

There may be various reasons for sound coming from knee. Since he's involved in sedentary work, it may happen due to weakness of soft tissue around knee with mild crepitus due to rubbing of bony surfaces against each other.
Next Steps
It can be prevented by hot fomentation,  start calcium and vit d supplement,  start knee strengthening exercises
