Buttock and hip pain
What could be the reason behind both side lateral hip pain ,both side at same location with same intensity ,bursitis or gluteal tendinopathy can happen both side , and lower back pain also

Bursitis usually don't involve both the sides. This pain may he due to radiculopathy originating from nerve roots of spinal cord. That may be the reason for lower back pain as well.
Next Steps
Can plan to get MRI of Lumbosacral spine to confirm the diagnosis.  Pls start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant, take calcium and vitamin d supplement.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending,  avoid stair climbing and descending..
