Bone & Muscle problems

From last few days I have acidity and from last evening I have pain in my upper chest right arm and on neck also...when I lie down straight on my bed it hurts less but when I turn right and left it hurts more...during walking also I feel pain and discomfort on chest... I have regular pain on my upper back and lower back also.. I have high BP and asthama also.. is this is due to acidity, muscle spam or something else...kindly suggest what should I do ??

When I was run more then 2 km then knee pain will be started and if i am not stopped running and it's continue then pain will be increased and in last movement I,m not also able to walk

I have chronic Coccyx (tail bone) pain since 4-5 months. Consulted multiple orthopaedists, but they prescribed medicines, which doesn't provide much relief. Then I took 2 weeks of Physiotherapy sessions with a Physiotherapist. PT helped me a lot as most of my chronic pain has gone. But then, the problem is not gone. The exercises help a bit. I develop instant pain if I don't sit with U-shaped cushion seat, or even sitting on this seat for long hours develop pain. I can't drive for more than 15 minutes. Bike riding seems to be distant dream now. Now, I am very confused, whom should I consult ? Ayurveda ? Homeopathic ? Or some orthopaedist who can give some out the way treatment different from what I have got in past ? Is there any permanent solution ?

I suffered an injury while training in the gym and I'll be going through an orthoscopy soon. My doctor said that they'll reconstructing my torn ACL during the same. I heard that I'll be giving a local anaesthesia and I'm a really faint hearted person so that'll be really difficult for me. How should I proceed with that?

Last night I have radiating dull pain from my shoulder to both arm. This morning I took ezact MR(as per previous diagnosis)and my pain is reduced but still I have little dull pain to my left shoulder to elbow . What to do now? Is it very serious?

I played badminton after some months (Not played much overall in my life. I started playing for a few months then stop). Just right at the start of the game itself I had the pain. It aggravated during & after finishing the game. The pain is mainly in the ring finger (Next to little finger) in my right hand. It could also be due to prolonged use of mobile lying down in bed.
