Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in shoulder joint.. unable lift hand above shoulder level.. not able to stretch hand backwards.. this kind of pain I am getting frequently.. please help

I'm 30 old female my weight is 62 height is 5.3 whenever I climb stairs my knee make sound popping sound but I don't have pain what's the reason for this sound how to reduce it

Sir due to bench in gym my shoulder pain from 1 week ,no other arm raise problem only pain when I staright my arm then pop pop tick sound hear should my xray report is normal should I go for mri or not?

I have suffered most of time lower back pain.. Required anterior pelvic tilt correction exercises. Diet chart..

I have been feeling wierd from last 1 month, From last 1 year i feel i have less muscle on left side of body. But since 1 month, i am feeling my left side body is loose, as if my bones on left side and skin are not sticking to each other, I feel left knee cap is loose, left hand shoulder joint loose , strength wise it is fine. I feel gaseous on left side of stomach and feel cramps. I am afraid. Please help.i have left back pain too. Feel very lil arm pain too. Did spine and brain mri before 6 months, doctor said not to worry. But why am I feeling this since last one month.

Is drinking and smoking affect avn patient during recover phase after core decompression. If it affect how many months patient should avoid it.

While playing cricket I fell down awkwardly backside while trying to run and from next day I'm having a muscle pain just below waist and above right knee. While sleeping or sedentary position there is no pain but while walking or while pressing it I'm having pain at the muscle area. No issues with the bone and no change in sharp btw two legs at that area either. Juts if it's a blood clot or wat to be done plz help me with tablets

As u can see joint pain or pain in these location, as per I know it may be due to complete inactive style during lockdown( sleeping and eating),or may be due to flat feet.. for 6 month this pain is still their but now little okay or lower pain compared to past may be healing bcz now active life style. I have arthritis due to inactivity?? ?or calcium deficency? ????? well when I wear shoes pain become very less and comfortable but when wear slipper or chappal i feel pain  in right leg I am talking about right leg only, my left leg complete normal. its almost 6-9  month still not cure. hope u give suitable ans, not ignore it
